Hey, I’m Ehsan! /a-🌞/ I’m an engineer at Intel, and I run Monodoro Workshop to help people in real jobs build focus, manage their time, and design a workday that feels good.
This is practical, science-backed workplace productivity that helps you stay focused and sane in a normal corporate life, like one coworker sharing what actually works.
A bit of my story: in 2007 I taught high school in a small village in Iran while traveling 752 miles every week to finish my master’s in chemistry. In 2015 I moved to the U.S. for my PhD at the University of Florida, finished in 2020, and since then I’ve been working as an engineer in Oregon.
